The Village of Rye Brook requests pricing/proposals for elevator servicing as per specifications and attachments below. Project will be awarded to the lowest total price for annual contract. If there are any questions please feel free to call Michal Nowak at 914 939 0753 x 2965. Contractors shall provide all necessary labor, hardware, tools, gauges reports, etc for a complete job. Project is prevailing wage and certified payrolls must be submitted with payment. Contractors are strongly encouraged to visit the building and familiarize themselves with all aspects of this work.
Firm submitting quotes shall have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with Elevators and a Municipal Work
