Bidders must be licensed in Putnam County and fully insured. Only sealed bids will be accepted. Facsimile bid submissions will not be accepted. Address Bids to: Village Clerk, Village of Cold Spring, 85 Main Street, Cold Spring, NY 10516. Attn: Fire Company Roof Bid, must be written on envelope along with name and address of bidder. The deadline for submitting bids is 4:00 PM on October 16, 2017.
Bid Package can be picked up by interested parties from the Village Clerk at Cold Spring Village Hall weekdays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. There is a non-refundable fee of $100.00 for each Bid Package. Checks should be made payable to the order of The Village of Cold Spring.
