Abatement at the Town of DeRuyter "Old Highway Garage" located at 811 Utica Street, DeRuyter, NY in preparation of building demolition. Abatement includes 5 window units (8 SF) that contain 3.2% Chrysotile, residual roof tar on side of building and around chimney (8 SF) containing 12.5% Chrysotile, and silver coating on metal roofing (5,900 SF) containing 1.8% Chrysotile. All areas are in fair/non-friable condition. All hazardous materials to be removed from site and disposed of in accordance to law.
