Description

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That proposals for this annual Repainting and Repair Work of Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Systems and Industrial Tanks, Vessels, Piping, and Equipment, at Various Authority-Owned Properties, will be received by the Suffolk County Water Authority not later than 11:00 a.m. on December 4, 2025, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will only be accepted electronically; prospective bidders must submit their bids via the following website: www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york.

The Authority will hold a pre-bid meeting starting at 10:00 a.m. on November 18, 2025. The meeting will be at the Oval Drive site located at N/S of Oval Drive, S/O Bridge Road (off Motor Parkway), Islandia. Attendees will then have the opportunity to visit the additional sites if requested. It is strongly recommended that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting.
Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents are available for you to download by login in to the following websites www.scwa.com; or www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york. Questions and answers will also be posted on the public websites noted above.
Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to bid.
