The Consultant will perform all of the tasks and activities necessary to provide the Services at the request of authorized CRF staff. The Consultant will not change or otherwise modify such Services without the prior written consent of the Comptroller (which consent may be granted or withheld by the CRF staff in its sole discretion). The Consultant will: A. Provide ongoing due diligence (investment, operational, and environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”) evaluation, including climate and sustainable investment risks and opportunities) and close monitoring of all active equity mandates and the managers currently under contract. At the Fund’s request, execute special due diligence on targeted mandates and managers, including onsite reviews as necessary on any manager of particular interest or concern and deliver the analysis, conclusions and recommendations verbally or as a written report. B. Provide identification, due diligence (investment, operational, and ESG evaluation including climate and sustainable investment risks and opportunities), and evaluation of potential new active managers and/or strategies for the CRF to consider, as well as new equity products, both active and passive. Proactively assess the product or managers’ potential, execute due diligence and evaluation, including on-site reviews as necessary, and deliver analysis. Perform ad hoc manager/strategy services in targeted areas.
