Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Monroe County WIC Program proposes to contract with one or more selected Respondent(s) to provide the following in order to improve the compliance rates for appointments of existing and new WIC clients and to expand and improve WIC outreach: 1. One (1) or more part time Nutritionist(s); 2. Three (3) Public Health Assistants; and 3. Up to 10 (ten) part time or up to six (6) full time Breast Feeding Peer Counselors. Respondents may propose to provide Nutritionist(s), Public Health Assistants, Breast Feeding Peer Counselors, or ALL. Proposals should clearly identify which services are being proposed. One cost proposal/budget should be submitted for each position type.
