Scope of Services SUNY Stony Brook seeks to partner with a vendor to deliver the online component of a mentoring program, tailored to international students, to foster self-efficacy and to improve student retention. This mentoring program is a part of a broader International Student Success Initiative. This tool will allow our campus to match mentors with mentees and facilitate conversations. The tool should be capable of managing action item tracking, client management, goal management, program management, riskflagging and progress tracking. The web-based mentoring program should have a scalable infrastructure, and be able to accommodate other collaboration solutions used across the University. The contractor shall provide 24/7 unlimited access to the solution for communication, student engagement and support. It will also be central in mentor recruitment, mentee onboarding, screening and training. SUNY Stony Brook requires the unlimited, enterprise-wide licensing solution for all international students who will voluntarily participate. The headcount of international students at Fall 2019 was 4599 students. The Contractor is to provide phone and web-based support during normal business hours to all users. The University is expecting to begin the utilization on or around July 1, 2020. B.
