Specifications include, but are not limited to: Risk Management Services Working with the Town’s insurance designee, the selected proposer will assist in the development, implementation and operation of Risk Management programs that will reduce or mitigate the Town’s exposure to monetary loss. This includes but is not limited to: Conducting periodic Risk Assessment and reviews of risk related exposures to the Town. Proposers should demonstrate in their response to this RFP that they have the resources to assess risk and provide guidance with the risk exposures associated with Town operations, including; highway, parks, marinas, animal shelters, public safety, personnel policies and procedures, automobiles, bus operations and building safety. Assist in the development of risk mitigation programs to minimize loss exposure, and review vendor contracts to minimize the Town’s liability. Recommend and provide or make available Loss Control programs. This includes coordinating with the Town Insurance Designee and/or Key Department heads in those departments, or functions that have experienced higher loss activity to develop programs to reduce losses.
