Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Port Authority is seeking experienced firms/consultants that can provide expert professional cost estimating and scheduling services, on an “as needed” basis for projects for which federal funding is anticipated. Complete scopes of work for the contemplated services are not yet available; therefore, individual Task Orders will be issued against this Agreement using competitive Task Orders that will be issued to firms that are issued Master Agreements under this Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The Consultant shall coordinate with the Authority’s Major Capital Projects (MCP) and World Trade Center Construction (WTC) Departments. The Authority facilities are typically transportation-oriented and include projects related to Authority business operations such as aviation (6 regional airports), tunnels bridges and bus terminals, rail transportation (PATH), World Trade Center and port facilities. Projects may include but are not limited to: A. Planning, urban design, feasibility studies and schematic designs; B. Removals, replacements, and/or repairs of various building, heavy/civil, rail, aviation, ports, infrastructure components and/or other Authority facilities; C. Renovations and upgrading of existing facilities or the design of new facilities at various Authority locations.
