Specifications include, but are not limited to: Coordinate with Franklin County to: 1. Review grant agreement – special conditions. 2. Finalize training program 3. Organize and inform Grant Committee and establish grant review schedule; coordinate grant committee meetings and review/approval process 4. Complete environmental review: i. Assist with preparation of the environmental review record, provide to Franklin County for approval. ii. Assist with preparation of letters to involved agencies if required and forward comments received, if any. iii. Assist with preparation and coordination of publication of legal notices. iv. Assist with preparation of release of funds forms. v. Assist with coordination of any special environmental reviews vi. Submit necessary documentation to NYS HCR/Office of Community Renewal 5. Complete HUD/NYS HCR clearance of special grant conditions 6. Ensure all necessary documentation for program initiation have been completed and submitted
