Specifications include, but are not limited to: AUDIOVISUAL SYSTEM: Vendor shall proposes the following services, components and functionality; CONFERENCING SYSTEM: • Digital conferencing system including 20 wireless conference stations that combine a gooseneck microphone, loudspeaker and user controls in a single integrated unit • Wall mounted access point transceiver for managing audio routing, frequency coordination, and system control for up to 125 wireless conference units. Exact location TBD. Requires a single ethernet connection back to equipment rack in production room for power, audio & control. • IntelliMix audio conferencing processor for digital signal processing and interfacing with existing system components • Decommission existing audio rack. Terminate/ cross-connect any necessary cabling and extend to video production booth, via conduit path, for integration with new conferencing system • Cable, wire, connectors & installation accessories • System installation, testing and commissioning AUDIO SYSTEM RELOCATION • Existing equipment in the current equipment rack shall be disconnected and moved to the production booth o All system programming and functionality to remain except for any cabling removed as a result of the newwireless conferencing system solution • Wall mounted cable junction box to be installed at location of existing racks for cabling interconnect. • Cable, wire, connectors & installation accessories • System installation, testing and commissioning VIDEO DISPLAYS • Removal of existing projection system and screen • (2) 100” diagonal 4K LED displays installed flat on each side wall • Provide connectivity from existing resident PC to display (must be within 300’) • Media presentation controller included for control of displays • Cable, wire, connectors & installation accessories • System installation, testing and commissioning
