Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Transport damaged Vehicles within one (1) Repair Day’s notification to an appropriate Repair Shop which may or may not be owned, operated or controlled by the Contractor, within the time limits set forth in section 6 of these Specifications, entitled “Pick-up, Repair and Delivery”. Transport of Category I Vehicles which do not receive repairs shall be compensated in accordance with Item E in Part IV, Section 3, “Pricing Sheet.” B. Transport the Port Authority driver/Vehicle occupants to the Repair Shop or other safe location to obtain transport to home or work, if requested by the Authority. C. Obtain a written repair estimate of the damaged Vehicle from the Repair Shop, with parts appropriately discounted in accordance with Part IV, Section 3 “Pricing Sheet” Items L through N.
