1. The County of Orange (“County”), on behalf of its Youth Bureau seeks bids from qualified full-service
banquet facilities (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Bidders” and individually as “Bidder”) to provide accommodations and on-site catering services for two (2) separate Youth Bureau events as more fully described in the Specifications section of this RFB.
