Description

The Dutchess County Department of Behavioral & Community Health is seeking a vendor, who will pick up water samples on a regular (daily) basis at “the Department’s” offices and perform specific analyses in compliance with Chapter 1 of the New York State Sanitary Code, Part 5 and Part 6 of the New York State Sanitary Code, 6NYCRR PART 750 and the New York State Design Standards for Intermediate Sized Wastewater Treatment Systems by NYSDEC. Analysis must be performed by a NYS Environmental Laboratory Accredited Program (ELAP) certified laboratory for the specified analyses utilizing NYS ELAP approved protocols, holding times, and standard methods.
