PROJECT ESTIMATE: $4,400,000.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This is a UNIT PRICE contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: The scope of work consists of reconstruction/rehabilitation of the flood protection wall on the west side of the Genesee River between Ford Street and Corn Hill Landing and construction of a new park and pedestrian place between Exchange Boulevard and the Genesee River within those same limits.

REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains NEW Minority and Woman Business (M/WBE) Enterprise Requirements and Workforce Goals
This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents and Apprenticeship Training Requirements
