The Ulster County Department of Public Works, Buildings and Grounds Division, is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms for the development and delivery of plans and specifications for the replacement of three existing Sellers Engineering, Model SY-300-W, hot water boilers and associated circulating pumps, and shall include the removal of one fuel storage tank at the Ulster County Law Enforcement Center, located at 380 Boulevard, Kingston, New York 12401. The work shall also include development of a scope of work, budgets, administration and oversight for the Boiler Replacement Project.
