RFP-DCP-92-19 - Transitional Housing Program (THP)

The purpose of the Transitional Housing Program (THP) is to provide short-term transitional housing in a substance-free, supervised environment for alcohol and drug abusing or dual-diagnosed criminal defendants and probationers who would otherwise a) remain in jail without treatment b) remain in jail until they were accepted and transferred to a residential treatment facility. All residents will be admitted by court order and under the jurisdiction of the Office of Probation and Community Corrections. The THP operates 24 hours per day; seven day a week.
