Description

The County, on behalf of its Dept. of Social Services, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to operate and provide services through a temporary exemption support program (TESP). OCDSS is not designating a specific model TESP to be provided under a contract resulting from this RFP. Rather, OCDSS is looking for Offerors to propose TESP's that offer a wide array of services designed to reduce the number of families and/or individuals dependent upon either the Temporary Assistance to Needy Famility (TANF) or Safety Net Assistance program.
