The City of Troy, NY is seeking sealed bids for a new industrial road to be constructed as an extension of East Industrial Parkway north to Monroe Street. The project also includes the construction of a traffic signal at the intersection of Main Street and Burden Avenue, sidewalk along Main Street, East Industrial Parkway, asbestos abatement and structure demolition, and the new road. Closed drainage, street lighting, siging, and striping are also included in the project.
