It is the intent of these specifications to describe and provide for the complete transportation of processible, non-processible & C&D solid waste to one of the following locations (final selection to be determined after these bids are received) and the following sites assumed for recyclables. Warren County will determine which site(s) are chosen after considering the total cost per trip for disposal and hauling to each site. The formula being used to determine the low bidder is set forth in these specifications.
