The City of Albany (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) hereby requests Proposals from qualified entities to provide professional software and related training and technical support services to the Albany Police Department (hereinafter referred to as “APD”).
The City requires a solution to simultaneously minimize threats to network security and improve the workflow and operational success of APD’s detectives concerning the extraction, playback, editing, labeling, and storing of externally collected video files which have been deemed to be essential and unavoidable components of modern criminal investigations.
