  A second Pre-Bid Site Inspection has been scheduled to take place at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 25, 2019 meeting at the Miller House, 140 Virginia Road, White Plains, New York, at which time Bidders will examine the work site under escort by the County’s representative. The January 25, 2019 Pre-Bid Site Inspection at 10:00 a.m. is MANDATORY for any new Contractors. Contractors who attended the January 17, 2019 Pre-Bid Site Inspection are not required to attend this second site inspection.”
   
         “BIDS FROM CONTRACTORS NOT IN ATTENDANCE AT EITHER THE JANUARY 17, 2019 OR JANUARY 25, 2019 MEETING, OR THOSE WHO FAIL TO SIGN THE ATTENDANCE SHEET, WILL BE REJECTED.”
