The City of Schenectady (hereinafter referred to as the City) is presenting this request for proposals for the management and operation of the food and beverage concession at the Schenectady Municipal Golf Course (hereinafter referred to as the Course), located at 400 Oregon Avenue.This is not a call for a bid on commodity items, but a request for proposals which contain management, financial and commercial considerations in addition to price.
The term of this contract is proposed for the duration of approximately three (3) years, commencing on April 1, 2019 and terminating on December 31, 2022 with a possible renewal agreement for the following two (2) calendar years: 2023 and 2024.
