Description

The City proposes to engage a private entity to provide food and beverage services at the Schenectady Municipal Golf Course for a period of time no less than those days that the course is open. The successful entity will present a proposal that aims to maximize the use of the clubhouse, while providing the best and most complete food and beverage packages possible.
Services are to include, but not be limited to, the following:

Restaurant and Bar Operations with Concessions;
Mobile concession operations on the course itself;
Golf Tournament and Event Catering.

The City will accept sealed proposals for the Clubhouse Concession and Lease up to 10:30 AM on Wednesday, December 20, 2017.The proposers shall submit five (5) copies of their proposal for review.Proposals will be limited in size to five (5) single sided pages, not including staff qualifications, proposed menus or necessary financial statements.No proposals will be accepted after that time and date.After receipt, these proposals will be opened and reviewed for completeness and overall quality.
