The work shall consist of supply and installation of one (1) 30 Ton Carrier Electric Heating/Cooling Rooftop Unit with economizer and roof cub adapter, on the roof of the Meeting Room at Carmel Town Hall. All work that involves craning off the old unit or craning onto the roof of the new unit, shall be conducted during weekend hours when the Carmel Town Hall is not occupied.
