Ulster County (hereafter referred to as the “County”) requests written proposals from interested and qualified Firms (hereafter referred to as the “Provider”) for the development of multiple solar photovoltaic (PV) carport systems (hereafter referred to as the “System”) on County-owned property through a power purchase agreement (PPA) financing model, or an agreed upon alternate model. Proposals should include the integration EV charging equipment to the extent practical within the scope of each project location.
