Description

Schenectady County Community College solicits vendors who will provide HVAC maintenance services to SCCC locations at 78 & 60 Washington Avenue (Main Campus) and 201 State Street (Kindl Building) in Schenectady, New York for a period of three (3) years from contract execution with rights to extend the agreement for two terms of one (1) year each. Bidders must provide a dedicated service mechanic on-site four (4) days per week and a controls technician on-site one (1) day per week with remote support capabilities as needed. Successful bidders must have capability to communicate with METASYS controls systems.
