Remove old domestic hot water boiler and holding tank. Replace with one Lochinvar shield SNA286-125 hot water heater. Install condencate nutralizing kit, concentric vent kit, ASME rated expansion tank and Powers mixing valve. Install two new Grundfos magna 3 pumps.
Contractor will provide all labor,demolition, removal of old equipment and disposal. All electrical, plumming, gas piping, venting materials and installation will be the responsability of the contractor.
