The County of Essex seek to establish a contract(s) for Consulting Services to include auditing of invoices for electric, water, sewer, and heating fuels such as propane, oil or other fuels, and invoices for telecommunication. The utility audits should concentrate on rates and services, and not the amount of energy consumed. The utility audits will include County utility billings for electric, water, sewer, and heating fuels such as propane, oil or other fuels. The telecommunication audits will include County telecommunication billings for local telephone, long distance, cellular and pagers. The deadline for submissions has been extended from March 26 to April 2, 2020.
