The project base bid is for the procurement of a snow removal vehicle for Hudson Valley Regional Airport. The project includes the procurement of a carrier vehicle, snow plow(s), and material spreader. It is the intent of this specification to describe a new, unused, 2019 model year or newer, 4-wheel truck chassis. Unless otherwise stated, all specifications are to be considered minimum acceptable levels. Vehicle shall utilize and incorporate industry standards in construction, safety, and corrosion resistance.
The project Alternate Bid is for the procurement of two (2) snow removal vehicles for Hudson Valley Regional Airport. It is intended to provide two identical vehicles as described in the Base Bid description above, and meeting the specified requirements contained herein.
