The intent of this Invitation to Bid is to purchase and have installed one (1) Pre-engineered metal building for housing vehicles and equipment for the Office of Emergency Services/Department of Public Works (IBC – Risk Category of Buildings and Other Structures – Risk Category IV). Proposals must include the costs for the pre-engineered metal building, engineered footing, all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and fees to furnish, deliver, construct and install a fully functioning building, in a turn-key manner meeting the specifications herein. Location is the Warren County Municipal Complex, 1340 State Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845.
