The Dutchess County Clerk’s department (County) is requesting bids from qualified vendors for the purchase, delivery and installation of a new, unused digital bookscanner. The equipment will be used for the purpose of digitizing County records including current and ancient documents in a wide variety of materials, varying in size, composition, condition, and content. These records range in size from single sheets of 2”x6” paper to bound volumes measuring 44”x13” when open, and weighing up to 40 lbs.
