Saratoga County, through its Purchasing Department, is receiving proposals for a Process Server. Proposals, two (2) originals and four (4) copies, will be received until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 3, 2018 at the Saratoga County Purchasing Department, 50 W. High Street, Ballston Spa, NY 12020.
The Process Server will be responsible for serving legal papers in court proceedings for the County of Saratoga, and its various departments of County government, upon respondents living inside Saratoga County, as well as outside of Saratoga County and New York State.
