The Binghamton Metropolitan Transportation Study (BMTS) is seeking competitive proposals from
qualified vendors to provide Bicycle/Pedestrian Trail Counters for multiple locations, as well as, any
necessary equipment, software and/or online account access to download, view and analyze collected
data. BMTS plans to measure trail usage to inform local transportation studies, measure trends,
support the long-range Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP), and for continued implementation of
the Binghamton Metropolitan Greenway Study.
