The awarded contractor shall provide all labor, material (excluding paint), equipment and supervision to perform painting and related painting work as needed at various County of Rockland buildings as per these specifications.
The areas to be painted may include drywall, masonry, metal or wood door, window and borrow light frames, metal bathroom stalls and heating/cooling radiator convection units. Associated substrate repair work where needed (taping, spackling and sanding to permit application of paint) is also to be included.
