SCOPE OF WORK:
This contract shall cover Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) for Warren County Department of Public Works, 4028 Main St., Warrensburg, NY 12885; Town Hall of Bolton 4949 Lakeshore Dr., Bolton Landing, NY 12814; Town of Bolton Highway Department, 89 Finkle Rd., Bolton, NY 125814; Town of Bolton Parks Department, 10 Cross Street, Bolton, NY 12814; City of Glens Falls-Greater Glens Falls Transit, 495 Queensbury Ave., Queensbury, NY 12804; City of Glens Falls Sewer and Water, 2 Shermantown Rd., Glens Falls, NY 12801; Town of Warrensburg, 3797 Main St., Warrensburg, NY 12885; Warren County Soil and Water Conservation District, 394 Schroon River Rd., Warrensburg, NY 12885; Village of Lake George, 26 Old Post Road, Lake George, NY 12845 and any other designated County facility and/or municipal subdivision that may be authorized to utilize this bid under General Municipal Law as set forth below.
Bids will be received for furnishing Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) for the following schedules:
Schedule 1: Shirts
Schedule 2: Safety Clothing
Schedule 3: Hand Protection
Schedule 4: Head Gear
Schedule 5: Eye Protection
Schedule 6: Specialty/Misc.
Bidders must be able to provide items listed on the above schedules within the time constraints described herein and in the quantities indicated by the annual usage projections.
Any bids received on an item marked “or approved equal” must include a sample with bid. Failure to include sample may result in automatic rejection of that portion of bid.
