Description

1.            The County, on behalf of its Department of Social Services (“OCDSS”), is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to operate and provide services through the following programs:

                (a)          Nonresidential Program for Victims of Domestic Violence; and

                (b)          Domestic Violence Liaison Program.

2.            The County may award more than one (1) contract pursuant to this RFP. Offerors interested in operating and providing services through more than one (1) of the aforementioned programs must submit a separate proposal for each such program. Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated separately according to program. The County reserves the right to award separate contracts under this RFP according to program, even if multiple programs will be operated by one (1) organization.
