Base Bid includes all labor, material, equipment, trucking and installation and miscellaneous costs for rehabilitation of the Lower Reservoir Dam. Includes restoratin of the existing 20- inch raw water supply bypass pipe , replacement of the intake valves located within the inlet structure, clear trees and stumps, removal and repalcement of the existing spillway walls, flatttening the slope of the downstream embankment and related sitework and restoration related thereto, as indicated in the contract drawings and specifications.
