The County of Orange (County) is seeking a qualified contractor (Contractor) to replace the loading dock in the Couser Building at The Valley View Center for Nursing Care and Rehabilitation located on Glenmere Cove Road in Goshen, NY 10924 (Facility) as more particularly described below. The scope of work required under this RFB includes demolition and removal of the existing loading dock at the Facility and repair of the existing steel staircase attached to the existing loading dock.
