This is a Best Value award for the acquisition and installation of a Large Format Printer. The preferred
manufacturer and model is a Canon image PROGRAF TX-3000 MFP T36 Large Format Printer. Vendors are free to propose an alternative manufacturer and model but the device must meet the requirements defined in the Bid. The County will entertain both 5-year lease and purchase options. The 5-year lease option must include the annual maintenance costs. The purchase option must detail the annual maintenance costs.
