RFP-CE-03-18 - LEADERSHIP MANAGEMENT TRAINING

Summary of Specifications:
RCC is seeking a contractor/consultant who can present leadership management and supervisory training programs to local business partners from different types of industries and from different levels of the organization. The training will take place at a facility provided by Rockland Community College or at the business partner’s facility. Our goal is to run classes throughout the year on a mutually agreed upon time with the vendor, RCC and business partners. It is anticipated classes will start in the Spring of 2015. Class size will vary, depending on the client, but averages 10-12 people per class maximum number of students is 24 and averages 5-10 half day sessions. The contract to be awarded will initially be for 12 months, with the option to renew for year two and year three.
