Description

Orange County, New York (“County”) desires a Vendor that will provide managed hosting services for the production and non-production hardware/OS system maintenance, operational support, system administration, database administration services, application support services, and help desk services within a managed service model. The vendor should have the following qualifications:

Platinum Partner with Oracle
demonstrate ERP Hosting, Application Support, and Help Desk services experience with at least three (3) County, City, or State entities
Minimum experience of five (5) years in providing ERP Hosting, Application, and Help Desk services within the public sector
