RFP 59 - Hadley-Luzerne

The Hadley-Luzerne School is currently seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to install, and configure the below items. Proposals should meet or exceed the specifications and features of the equipment listed below. All equivalent models and manufactures will be evaluated.
The district is looking to procure items meeting the following specfications:
• Elementary:
o(7) Exterior doors
• High School/Middle School:
o(8) Exterior doors
• Specified Manufacturors:
oH.E.S.
oVon Duprin
oSubstitutions must be approved
•Warranty:
o(1) Year Parts/Labor/Dispatch, on-site with 24 hour or less response time.
• Other:
oAll labor is to be at Prevailing Wage, subject to audit.
oInstallation is to include all additional accessories & hardware as required to provide finished function.
oThe award will be based on value, not necessarily price.
oThe walk-through is mandatory.
