Project Description:
Renovation of the existing 6,300 square foot storage building to include:

  • Abatement of roof asbestos and roofing removal
  • Provide EPDM roofing system
  • Removal of existing heating and ventilating systems
  • Provide gas-fired rooftop unit (RTU), associated ductwork and controls
  • Provide structural steel support system for RTU
  • Replacement of existing exhaust fans
  • Provide heat pump system and associated controls
  • Provide electrical power for RTU and heat pump system
