Bidders are requested to submit a price to perform Guide Rail Installation under one or both categories listed in this bid. In CATEGORY 1 the successful bidder will supply all the materials needed to perform the work. In CATEGORY 2 the County will supply all the materials needed to perform the work. Bidders may respond to one or both categories. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder per category meeting specifications. All items must be bid per category in order to be considered a responsive bid. Partial bids will not be accepted. See attached specifications for details.
