Refer to hello letter - A site inspection has been scheduled on December 22, 2017 at 10:30 am, at the Government Center Garage located at 87 Nepperhan Avenue, Yonkers, New York 10701. The parking lot is adjacent to the City Hall Building (40 South Broadway) and is accessible on Nepperhan Avenue (next to the 87 Nepperhan Avenue building). We will meet on the roof top. Interested bidders are encouraged to attend.
