2018 Gymnasium / Fitness Room Painting

NOTE: Work hours are limited to 6:30am - 4pm Monday to Friday.  
The schedule will start on August 6, 2018 and extend to August 17, 2018.

The successful lowest bidder will prep all the CMU block walls to accept the new paint.

All walls will be cleaned before the paint can be applied

All apparatus hanging form the walls will be protected

The gymnasium and fitness room floor will be protected from, to include but not limited to, spills, paint roller and brush splatters

The paint scheme will include three colors chosen by the Athletic Director

The apparent lowest bidder will provide paint specifications for the paint manufactures top of the line latex paint to the Rye Neck District for approval

The application of paint shall include two (2) coats of latex paint or as needed to provide a uniform painted surface

Clean up will be conducted on a daily basis

The schedule will start on August 6th and be extended to August 17th.  

The successful lowest bidder will have five (5) days to provide the necessary insurance documents to the district
