RFQ 2018-5704 - Furnish & Deliver Sink Base and Countertop

Furnish & Deliver Sink Base and Countertop for the Parks Department.  Quotations must be submitted on this form only via email to nicole.galdi@yonkersny.gov.  Unit prices must include inside delivery to the address listed on the form.  If quoting "OR EQUAL", dimensions must be exact.  Vendor must supply manufacturer name and manufacturer part number for the items being quoted.  Failure to supply this information will render item unresponsive.  All "OR EQUALS" are subject to review and approval by the Parks Department.  The City prefers to award as an all or none class award but reserves the right to award on a line item basis if deemed the best interest of the City.  Samples may be required upon request.
