In general, the project Work includes: all coordination, planning, and performing of the work as indicated and specified; and furnishing all materials, labor, tools, incidentals, and equipment necessary to complete the water treatment sludge Lagoon 2 modifications and site improvements (Phase I); the slope stability mitigation of the Lagoon 2 steep slope adjacent Onesquethaw Creek (Add-Alternate A – Phase II); the demolition and removal of the former piping bridge structure (Add-Alternate B – Phase III); and other related work as indicated and specified in the Contract Documents (drawings and specifications).

Complete sets of the specifications and bid forms may be examined after September 7, 2018 at the Office of the Board of Contract and Supply, City Hall Room 202, Albany, New York 12207 or requested from the City of Albany Board of Contract and Supply website. Electronic copies will also be provided at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york. Contractors that obtain bid documents from a source other than BidNet Direct or City Hall must notify the Issuing Office in order to be placed on the official Plan Holders List and receive Addenda and other Bid correspondences. Bids received from Contractors other than those on the official Plan Holders List may not be accepted.
