SCOPE
1. The County, by and through its Department of Social Services ("OCDSS") is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors for the provision of energy outreach services through two (2) separate OCDSS programs as more fully described in the Specifications section of this RFP.
2. Offerors may propose to provide services under one (1) or both of the OCDSS programs described in this RFP. Each Offeror responding to this RFP must clearly identify in its proposal which of the two (2) programs it is offering to provide services under. If an Offeror is interested in providing services under both OCDSS programs, it must submit a separate proposal for each program and clearly identify the program being applied for on each proposal.
3. Proposals to provide services under each OCDSS program will be evaluated and awarded separately. However, the County reserves the right to award a contract under this RFP to one (1) Offeror for the provision of services under both of the OCDSS programs, if in the best interest of the County.
